Overview

First Year

At BSSM-C you will find a safe place, with a loving atmosphere charged with expectation to experience transformation. The school meets Tuesday through Friday from 12:30 to 5:00 pm. This time is spent in passionate worship, whole-school class times, revival groups of 20-30, small groups of 4-6 and outreaches into the community. While this includes life-changing teaching, impartation and discussion, much of the time is also spent hands-on: taking risks, practicing on each other, and having fun doing the stuff! The focus is both experiential and revelatory. We pursue Holy Spirit encounters in order to love Him with all our heart and soul—partnering with Him in doing the things Jesus did. However, we also value a firm grounding in God’s Word—loving Him with all our minds. Among other topics, our curriculum ties together Kingdom Theology, Bible, History and Current Events into a “big picture” biblical-worldview. Rather than only emphasizing what to think, we emphasize how to think in order to produce revivalists who “understand the times …to know what to do” (1 Chron 12:32). Living in this environment produces renewed minds, leading to transformation and a lifestyle that is naturally supernatural.

Second Year

While First Year lays a foundation for living in revival and becoming a revivalist, Second Year focuses on learning how to lead and produce kingdom transformation in all spheres of society. Unlike a Seminary or Bible College, the skills learned in Second Year are not designed to teach leadership for vocational ministry only but for every avenue of life. Our goal is to produce graduates who will ascend to leadership in all 7 Mountains of Influence (Arts & Entertainment, Business, Education, Family, Government, Media & the Church) bringing revival with them and thereby transforming society. Although Second Year builds upon the foundation for revival laid in First Year, it also includes hands-on leadership along with opportunities for ministry travel. First year graduates from any approved BSSM school are eligible to apply to Second Year.
